We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Resolve insured queries related to claims and other concerns efficiently and professionally.
Assist insured individuals in applying for claims reimbursement, ensuring compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
Work closely with the claims operations team to resolve grievances and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track claims files, monitor their progress, and submit detailed reports.
Conduct periodic review meetings with corporate clients and brokers to ensure alignment and address any issues.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Experience in handling complex claims and high-value accounts.
