Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Below 10th is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
