We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience throughout the property buying journey. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, coordinate site visits, maintain relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Act as the first point of contact for clients (calls, emails, walk-ins, and inquiries).
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects/properties.
Coordinate and arrange site visits, follow up with clients, and support in deal closures.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Update and manage client data in CRM tools/sheets.
Provide after-sales service and ensure smooth documentation & handover process.
Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
Handle client grievances promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Graduate in any field (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in customer relationship / sales / telecalling / hospitality / insurance (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (local language is an advantage).

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
