Responsibilities/Job Description:
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
· Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
· Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools
· Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration.
· Providing necessary documentation and reports to the management.
· Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre & post-purchase process.
· Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or issues promptly.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term trust and satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
· Good Knowledge on Ms Office
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
