Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Guide customers in booking decoration, cakes, and gift services.
Maintain product knowledge to explain packages, pricing, and add-ons clearly.
Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Record customer requests, complaints, and feedback properly.
Provide quick and polite resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure quality and build long-term trust.
Graduate (any stream) with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email handling).
Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call handling will be preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
