Job Title: Executive - Customer Relation Management

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai – 400004

Office Duration: Full time – 8 Hours

Shifts: Shift I - 10.30 am to 6.30 pm

Shift II - 11.00 am to 7.00 pm

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client relationship process, from order acknowledgment to dispatch and feedback collection. This role ensures seamless coordination between sales, operations, dispatch, and clients to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

• Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.

• Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

• Always ask them for true feedback.

• Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

• Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

• Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.

• Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

• Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

Key skills for Client Relationship Management:

• Polite disposition.

• Ability of rigorous follow-up.

• The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and

• writing – with colleagues and clients.

• Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

• Proactive.

• Thorough knowledge of products/services.

• Always available on calls.

• Female candidate shall be preferred.
