5. Data Management:
- Update customer information and account details in CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Day shift.
