We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at Novocom Ventures Private Limited. The role involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, and reaching out to institutional customers. Salary offered: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000, with a growth-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints

• Introduce products and services to institutional customers via calls

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide relevant product/service information and escalate issues when required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 1–5 years’ experience in customer service, telesales, or related role

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and record-keeping

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work 6 days/week (day shift)
