Day Rotational Shifts
Freshers: ₹17,000 (Take Home)
Experienced (6 Mo – 1 Yr): Up to ₹24,000 (Take Home)
Freshers or Candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Support / CRM (Insurance preferred)
Graduates eligible
Proficiency in English + Any Regional Language (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc.)
Handle inbound & outbound customer queries related to insurance products and services.
Provide clear and accurate information, resolving customer issues efficiently.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Work closely with internal teams (HR, Assessment, Ops) for escalations and resolutions.
Deliver a customer-first experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Strong communication skills in English + Regional Language (Malayalam preferred)
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
