All our tech solutions are entitled to patient engagement and patient support. Providing platform to engage customers, asses and mitigate health risks, save costs by digitizing various functions through enterprise level SAAS.

We are looking for a motivated helpdesk support to join our team for the appointment generation process. The role involves reaching out to ex-patients of a renowned hospital and persuading them to revisit for their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to ex-patients from the provided database.

Educate them about the hospital’s services and encourage revisits.

Build rapport with patients and address any queries.

Maintain call records and follow up as needed.

Achieve daily/weekly appointment targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field.

Fluency in Marathi & Hindi is a must.

Experience in tele-calling /customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable working from the Thane office.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Range:

₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Shift Timings:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (First 2 Saturdays – Half day working)

Sunday is a fixed weekly off
