We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with global customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and empathy.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, efficient, and timely resolutions.
Maintain service quality and meet defined KPIs such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and ensure all data is updated in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance norms.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally during all interactions.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational / night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving ability and patience when dealing with customers.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in International Voice Process / BPO / Call Center preferred.
Graduate or undergraduate with strong English communication skills.
Experience working in U.S., U.K., or Australian processes will be an added advantage.
