We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our Company. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Role: Customer Service & Support (No Sales / No Target-based Salary)
Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 (Depending on education, communication skills, experience, confidence level, and voice quality)
Shift Timing : 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off : Rotational (No fixed Sunday off)
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum Education: HSC Pass
Age: 18 to 35 years
Excellent / good communication skills in English are mandatory.
Candidates with only Hindi and Marathi are not eligible.
Knowledge of multiple languages will be an added advantage.
Regular college students will not be considered
