Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Voice) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing food orders and seeking assistance with deliveries. You will also play a key role in coordinating between the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with placing food orders.
Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery timing, and other service-related questions.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to confirm order details and special requests.
Liaise with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
