ABOUT THE JOB:
We are hiring confident and experienced professionals to handle life insurance renewal
processes. If you have experience in insurance or customer service and can communicate
clearly in Hindi, English, Gujarati, or Malayalam, this opportunity is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding life insurance policy renewals
• Explain due dates, renewal benefits, and available payment options
• Resolve customer queries related to policy status, terms, or procedures
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
• Meet assigned renewal targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
WHO CAN APPLY:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Gujarati or Malayalam preferred; Hindi/English required
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK SCHEDULE:Shift Time: Day Rotational Shift (Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
WEEK OFF: Fixed Sunday off
SALARY:Up to ₹24,000 per month (CTC)
