Making outbound calls to US to check Claim status, Handling denials and Patient Eligibility.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

Graduates in any Discipline Good Command over English (Oral & Written)

Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience

Flexible to work in Shifts.

Good Analytical Skills

Computer savvy

Good Listening Skills
