Customer Service Agent / Customer Service Associate
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer queries, issues, or complaints and provide accurate solutions.
Provide information about company products or services to customers.
Update customer details, orders, and requests in the system/CRM.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Minimum qualification: High School (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
