Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with interested customers via outbound calls.
Advise and educate customers on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products.
Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge during interaction.
Maintain professional communication and adhere to process guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence). Should have strong grammar and pronunciation.
Qualification: Graduate (any field)
Experience:
Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Preferred: Experience in insurance or sales
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts
Females: Day shift only (till 8 PM)
Males: Full rotational shifts
6 days working
Compensation:
Freshers: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹29,000 CTC
