The role offers ₹14000 - ₹18000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Telecom / ISP. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
