Your Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the voice of the company. Your job will include:
Answering customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.
Assisting with bookings, travel-related concerns, and post-sale support.
Providing accurate, quick, and friendly solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalations.
