Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Blended Process - Chat + Voice)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana 122016

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly Offs)

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international blended process (Chat + Voice). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with at least 6 months of experience in an international process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels efficiently and professionally

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

Adhere to process guidelines and achieve assigned targets

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any field

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Process (Chat/Voice)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs

Skills Required:

Fluency in English – verbal and written

Customer service orientation

Ability to handle both chat and voice support channels

Basic computer proficiency

₹25,000 to ₹31,000 CTC (based on experience and skillset)
