Requirements:

• Education: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – mandatory.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (if required).

• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests, laboratory processes, and healthcare services.

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Problem-solving ability with customer-oriented approach.
