1) Custom Clearance Customer Service.
1. Co-ordination with Key Accounts Importers;
2. Co-ordination with shipping companies for getting Vessel ETA and IGM details, Invoices;
3. Co-ordination with Documentation Dept., Customs and Docks Executives , transport division;
4. Maintaining track record from vessel arrival/departure to the delivery of the each consignment;
5. Looking that all the documents , BOE , delivery order is kept ready in time;
6. Updating & Reporting DSR’s on daily basis on Import Documentation handling and clearance of consignment to higher authorities and clients;
7. Focus on 1 days clearance Target for Air Shipment and 3 days for Sea Shipments;
8. Follow standards for clearance of cargo at port and benchmark the same constantly;
9. Ensure all invoicing approval from the client (Such as Demurrage, detention etc. ) are provided to the revenue team within 1 day after clearance of the shipment;
10. Respect & Maintain Company’s Policies and Commitments;
11. Work towards the delight of the client you handled;
12. You shall perform jobs which are incidental to or connected with above functions and which I am capable of handling, and any other tasks being assigned to you from time to time.
