Job Summary:

We are hiring for the position of Customer Success Associate for the PhonePe process at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing top-tier service, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time office-based role suited for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account-related concerns.

• Ensure first-call resolution and follow-up on customer interactions as needed.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of escalations.

• Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to quality and productivity.

Required Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)

• Strong grammar, pronunciation, and articulation

Qualifications:

• Graduate from any field (mandatory)

Languages:

• English (E), Hindi (H), Marathi (M)

Experience:

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

• Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience or sales acumen
