Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Escalations:
Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism and a problem solving approach.
Ensure prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Coordination Across Departments:
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a liaison between departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
Provide accurate and timely support to enhance customer trust and loyalty.
Understand and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency, proactively identifying and addressing issues to prevent future escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communication Excellence:
Draft clear and professional emails to address client concerns and queries. Offer precise and thorough responses to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Problem Solving: Take ownership of customer complaints, demonstrating a solution oriented approach. Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent escalations.
Multitasking in a Dynamic Environment:
Manage multiple escalations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service standards.
Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and service conditions. Experience Required:
Prior experience in customer care roles, ideally in service-oriented industries where client satisfaction is a top priority.
Proven ability to handle escalations with professionalism, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns effectively.
Strong track record of building and maintaining positive customer relationships, fostering trust, and ensuring high service standards.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal) and the ability to draft professional, clear, and precise emails.
