About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Service Representatives (Tele Sales) to join our Star Health Insurance – Sales Process team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Star Health Insurance policies.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and premium details.

• Handle objections and resolve queries effectively to close sales.

• Maintain accurate call and lead records using CRM tools.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) and basic English.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior tele-sales/customer service experience are welcome.

• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

• Confidence and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Basic computer literacy for CRM handling and data entry.
