About the role:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Agents to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and adaptability while handling a variety of customer interactions in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
·Assist customers with inquiries related to account status, transactions, and service requests.
·Record customer information and complaints accurately in company systems.
·Apply problem-solving skills to provide quick, effective resolutions.
·Maintain control of conversations and manage call flow efficiently.
·Handle sensitive customer information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
·Collaborate with team leads or escalate complex issues when necessary.
·Stay updated with process changes, system enhancements, and product knowledge.
Required Skills Set:
Excellent command of English communication (both verbal and written).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse customers.
Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry with accuracy.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and training modules.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Previous experience in a BPO, contact center, or customer support role is desirable.
Knowledge of financial services or payment systems will be an added advantage.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred):
·Prior experience in an international BPO or multilingual contact center.
·Familiarity with financial services, payment systems, or card member support.
·Certification in customer service, communication skills, or soft skills training.
·Experience with advanced CRM / ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP).
·Ability to speak an additional language besides English.
·Strong adaptability and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
