About the Role:
As a Customer Care Associate, your job is to help customers by answering questions, solving issues, and giving them the support they need. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping them satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Listen carefully to customer problems and offer solutions
• Help customers understand the company’s products and services
• Keep a record of customer interactions and follow up when needed
• Work closely with other team members to solve customer issues quickly
• Follow company guidelines and provide excellent customer service at all times
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Polite, patient, and helpful attitude
• Ability to listen and solve problems quickly
• Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions
