Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Process)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to manage inbound customer queries. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. No sales, marketing, or business development is involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pure inbound calls from customers with professionalism and clarity

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions

• Maintain records of interactions and update the system accordingly

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Follow communication guidelines and processes consistently

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

• Prior experience in customer support preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive .

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Willingness to work in shifts 9:00 am to 6:00 Pm

Work Type: Inbound Customer Support (No Sales / No Marketing / No Business Development)
