Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist drivers and passengers regarding the Yatri Mitra app

• Provide step-by-step guidance on app features, installation, and registration

• Resolve queries, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools

• Support drivers during onboarding to ensure a smooth registration process

• Gather customer feedback to improve user experience

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) for issue resolution

• Communicate policies, promotions, and updates to users effectively

Key Skills Required:

• Fluency in Hindi & Marathi is mandatory (English preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication, listening & persuasion skills

• Calm, patient, and professional approach while handling calls

• Basic computer & mobile application knowledge

• Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates available for full-time, in-office role at Wagle Estate, Thane

• Freshers with strong Hindi & Marathi communication skills are welcome

• Prior experience in customer support (voice process) is an advantage
