Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer queries, resolve issues, and manage complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide customers with clear, accurate, and timely information.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and ensure resolution.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in Day shift (9.30 am to 6.00 pm)
Available to work 6 days a week
