Job Title: Customer service representative (Female) – Soft Play

Reports To: Play Area Manager / Store Manager

Job Summary:
As a CSR in our Soft Play Area, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children and their families. You will supervise play, assist in events and birthday parties, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Child Engagement & Supervision
• Greet and interact with children and parents warmly and professionally.
• Supervise children actively to ensure safe play at all times.
• Engage with children through games, storytelling, and play-based learning activities.
• Encourage inclusive play and monitor for any signs of unsafe or rough behavior.
Safety & Hygiene
• Ensure all play equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Follow daily hygiene and sanitization routines for the play area and toys.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
Customer Service
• Assist families with check-in, orientation, and queries regarding play rules.
• Handle feedback or concerns in a calm and helpful manner.
• Promote additional services such as birthday party packages or café items. Birthday/Event Support
• Assist in planning and executing birthday parties and events.
• Coordinate with catering, decorators, and parents for smooth event flow.
• Maintain enthusiasm and energy throughout party activities.
Team Support
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and management.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings.
• Be flexible with shift timing and assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 12th Pass or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus , FRESHERS can apply too .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and child-loving personality.
• Physically fit and comfortable being active throughout the shift.
• Basic understanding of first aid and child safety is a bonus.
Working Hours:
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Morning Shift Timing: 10:00 To 19;00
• Night Shift Timing: 13:30 – 22:30
• Flexibility required for extended hours during events or peak periods.
