Key Responsibilities:
Customer service manage karna: WhatsApp aur phone calls ke through customer ke queries handle karna, unko product/service ki sahi information dena aur unke concerns professional tareeke se resolve karna.
Payment follow-up: Tally software ka use karke har month customers ko payment reminder dena aur timely payment ensure karna.
Lead filtration: Internet se milne wale leads ko verify karna, genuine interested customers ko select karna aur sales team ko pass karna.
Invoicing: Agar candidate ko experience hai, toh customer ka invoicing manage karna; warna payment follow-up pe focus karna.
Record keeping: Customer interactions, payment status aur lead engagement ka proper record maintain karna.
Team development: Yeh role company mein pehla hoga, toh aapko team build karne aur future mein lead karne ka mauka milega.
Job Requirements:
Customer relationship management ya similar role mein pehle kaam kiya ho, toh achha hai.
Tally software ki working knowledge ho.
Communication skills strong ho, persuasive abilities ho aur customer-centric attitude ho.
Leads ko genuine interest ke basis pe filter aur qualify kar sakein.
WhatsApp aur phone calls par customer handling comfortable ho.
Organizational aur record-keeping skills achhi ho.

Timing: 10 AM se 6 PM
