Open Position: Customer Care Executive
Job Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage all customer interactions across various channels, providing accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior Customer Experience through Chat, Email, and Call.
Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborate with team members and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines consistently.
Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduates and 12th pass can apply.
Fresher are also considered.
Good communication skills are required.
Rotational shifts, including Evening shifts.
6 days working, 1 week off.
Salary: INR (per month) 15k CTC to 22k CTC
Working Mode: Work from Office
