Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Support Executive at MedVol in Chennai. The Call
Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, demonstrating
phone etiquette, effective communication, executive administrative support, and utilizing
clerical skills in their day-to-day tasks.
Package
• Upto 2.5 LPA. Negotiable for deserving candidates.
Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
