Globiva is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. As a part of our dynamic support team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Competitive Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience).
