About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our growing team!
You’ll be the voice of the company — helping customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
✅ Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

• Strong communication skills (English and Hindi)

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including night/odd hours)

• Prior customer support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
