Key Responsibilities:
Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback in a professional manner.
Handle customer interactions and provide assistance as needed.
Address customer queries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer responses and interactions.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets while ensuring quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0 – 1 year
Comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift
Must have a laptop/desktop, Wi-Fi connection, and headset
Responsible for taking customer surveys, providing support, resolving minor issues, and escalating complex ones when required.
