Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat and voice efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.

Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary Details:
• Full-Time: Up to ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 CTC per month
• Part-Time: ₹8,500 – ₹9,000 in-hand per month
