You will be the voice of the company, handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and assisting in promoting and selling our products/services. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to build a rewarding career in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions

Promote company products/services and close sales

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Experience in customer service/sales (preferred, not mandatory)
