Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Promote products/services and explain benefits clearly
Follow up on payments and handle collection reminders
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Accurately log call details and customer information
Meet daily/weekly/monthly individual and team targets
Candidate Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome)
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Customer-first attitude with confidence and clarity
Strong listening skills and persuasive ability
Quick learner and adaptable to change
Able to work under pressure and target-driven
Basic computer proficiency
