Job Description: Customer Service Executives for our Insurance Medicals process. The role focuses on coordinating medical checkups for insurance applicants, ensuring smooth scheduling, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance customers to schedule medical checkups.
Explain appointment process, documentation, and preparations clearly.
Coordinate with diagnostic centers, home collection agents, and healthcare professionals for bookings.
Manage rescheduling requests and follow up to ensure completion of checkups.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM tools.
Adhere to timelines set by insurance companies for completion.
Work closely with insurance partners to resolve queries.
Send reminders to reduce customer no-shows.
Maintain strict data privacy and proper logging of all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Good communication in English & Hindi (additional South Indian languages preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer-centric approach.
Comfortable with voice-based outbound roles.
Basic computer knowledge; CRM tool familiarity is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
