Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. You will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking and financial products/services through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to promote and sell financial products (credit cards, personal loans, insurance, etc.).
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
Age: 18–30 years.
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
6 months to 2 years of sales experience (preferably in credit cards, personal loans, or insurance).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7) including weekends.
