Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for our telesales and support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and promoting products/services in a professional and polite manner. Candidates should have good communication skills in English along with Tamil or Hindi. Prior experience in customer service or telesales will be an added advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries with accuracy and patience.

• Promote and upsell products/services via telesales.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.

• Work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

• Age: 18–30 years.

• Experience: 0–5 years.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month.
