Varthana is looking for an Executive - Customer Experience who will be handling customer queries through inbound /outbound calls and emails and responding to & resolving their queries, requests, and complaints. The candidate will be ensuring high standards of service levels, process adherence, and customer satisfaction while interacting with customers and the team. The incumbent will also be working on new financial innovations, MS Office, CRM, telephony, IVR, and outbound and inbound call centers.
Key Role Deliverables
Customer Engagement:
Handling Customer interactions at inbound/outbound call center and email desk
Resolving Customer queries, requests, and complaints by providing correct and complete information to customers within defined timelines
Capturing correct and complete details of Customer interaction
Quality Service:
Reaching out to non-engaged, irate, delinquent Customers on a regular/project basis
Demonstrating high standards of customer experience by focusing on customer empathy, understanding customer needs, and expectations, and making efforts to make them aware and engaged
Relationship Management: Building a solid relationship with the customers and with internal departments for collecting accurate data
Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation
0 - 2 years of experience in Telecalling in the Banking / NBFC industry
Understanding the local market is mandatory
Knowledge of the basics of MS Excel is preferred
Influential communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu
Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes initiative & challenges
