Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
● Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.
● Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.
● Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates.
● Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales capabilities.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce & digital marketing,
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
● Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
