Job description:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates one of India’s leading digital payment platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their career in customer support. The role involves handling customer queries via both voice and non-voice channels.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation (must be the highest qualification)
Experience: Freshers only (at this stage)
Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English
Assessment: Versant Test required for both Voice and Non-Voice processes
Compensation
Regular Role: ₹3.5 LPA (CTC) Expirinace 1 year On paper needed
Apprentice Role: ₹16,800 per month (Stipend)
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries and issues through calls, emails, and chats
Provide timely and effective support while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Document interactions and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good comprehension and typing skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
