Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI)
Assessment Requirement: Versant Level 5 to Versant Level 6
Salary Package
Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on communication skills & interview performance)
Shift & Working Days
Rotational Shifts
Females: Day shift (till 8 PM)
Males: Rotational (as per process requirement)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Roles & Responsibilities
Contact and advise interested leads about suitable insurance products (outbound calling).
Provide customer support by addressing queries and ensuring clarity on policy details.
Achieve sales conversions while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the system.
Escalate complex concerns to higher levels when required.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and internal process standards.

Customer-centric with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.
