Work Schedule

• Shift Duration: 9 hours per day (including breaks)

• Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational)

• Weekly Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information related to services.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system accurately.

• Maintain adherence to process compliance and performance standards.

Requirements

• Prior BPO experience is mandatory (experience proof required).

• Valid experience certificate is compulsory for experienced applicants.
