We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our IT Support team. If you have 6–12 months of experience in a Service Desk or Customer Support role and are ready to grow your IT career, we’d love to hear from you.
Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues involving applications, OS, and hardware
Handle incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools
Escalate issues as needed and follow up until resolution
Offer basic support for server, network, and storage environments
Communicate clearly with internal users and clients
Troubleshoot and diagnose software/hardware issues
Document interactions and resolutions accurately
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Manage SLAs and ensure timely resolution
Be open to working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Good customer service and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Familiarity with help desk tools and ITIL practices a plus
