We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Mira Road West, Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address queries, manage complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required to ensure satisfaction.
Provide accurate product/service information to help resolve issues.
Meet performance targets and coordinate with other departments for escalations.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience: Freshers only (0 years)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to handle pressure and customer queries patiently.
Comfortable with 6 working days in a day shift schedule.
